'Zaragoza Brava' already has finalists

The 12 hospitality establishments best valued by the public will compete in the grand final of 'Zaragoza Brava', Next March 17th in the morning, at the Braserie of the Aura hotel complex

The second edition of ''Zaragoza Brava', the patatas bravas contest organized by The Zaragozan Gastronome, already has finalistsThe establishments with the highest customer ratings, through online voting recorded during the competition, were: The chamfer, from La Puebla de Alfindén; Comfortable Chef Bar, by Garrapinillos, and Something's wrong with Mery, from Villanueva de Gállego, in the province, and Chicago Cafe, O´Fogar, Foodverzo Street Food, El Simo, Casa Dario, Mai Tai, El Picadillo, La Jamada del Tubo and Bar Cervino, in Zaragoza capital.

All of them will compete for the prize Best patatas bravas in Zaragoza 2025, in the Grand finale to take place on March 17, throughout the morning, in the Brasserie of the hotel complex Aura, before a jury made up of sponsors, journalists and gastronomic prescribers and, as a novelty, by the finalists themselves, who will evaluate the proposals of their opponents.

The jury will award prizes to the better quality and cooking of the potato; to the best quality of the brava sauce and the best presentation of the portion, In addition to absolute award for the Best patatas bravas in the province of Zaragoza 2025.
