The new seasonal proposal invites you to discover Aragon, from the heart of Zaragoza, through its products, landscapes, culture, producers and its way of understanding hospitality.

The restaurant incorporates new creations that combine Japanese technique, top-quality products, and nods to Mediterranean cuisine.

In addition, the Aragonese Academy of Gastronomy received the award for career achievements and the faculty of the Degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Zaragoza received recognition for research, during the inauguration of the III Agri-food Fair of the province of Zaragoza.
