The 12 hospitality establishments best valued by the public will compete in the grand final of <\/em>'Zaragoza Brava'<\/em><\/a>, Next March 17th in the morning, at the Braserie of the Aura hotel complex<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second edition of ''Zaragoza Brava'<\/strong><\/a>, the patatas bravas contest organized by The Zaragozan Gastronome<\/a>, already has finalists<\/strong>The establishments with the highest customer ratings, through online voting recorded during the competition, were: The chamfer<\/strong>, from La Puebla de Alfind\u00e9n; Comfortable Chef Bar<\/strong>, by Garrapinillos, and Something's wrong with Mery<\/strong>, from Villanueva de G\u00e1llego, in the province, and Chicago Cafe, O\u00b4Fogar, Foodverzo Street Food, El Simo, Casa Dario, Mai Tai, El Picadillo, La Jamada del Tubo and Bar Cervino<\/strong>, in Zaragoza capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of them will compete for the prize Best patatas bravas in Zaragoza 2025<\/strong>, in the Grand finale to take place on March 17<\/strong>, throughout the morning, in the Brasserie of the hotel complex<\/strong> Aura<\/strong>, before a jury made up of sponsors, journalists and gastronomic prescribers and, as a novelty, by the finalists themselves, who will evaluate the proposals of their opponents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The jury will award prizes to the better quality and cooking of the potato; <\/strong>to the best quality of the brava sauce and the best presentation of the portion, <\/strong>In addition to absolute award for the Best patatas bravas in the province of Zaragoza 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this second edition, the organization has highlighted "the<\/strong> high participation by the public<\/strong> and the consequent increase in the number of votes, compared to the previous edition" as well as "he<\/strong> high culinary level of the proposals<\/strong>", which suggests that "a very close final<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

'Zaragoza Brava' is a competition organized and directed by The Zaragozan Gastronome<\/strong> and the Gastronomic Map of Zaragoza<\/strong>, which has Amber<\/strong> as main sponsor and with the collaboration of LAUS<\/strong>, Valdepablo Vermouth<\/strong> and Fruits Javier Men\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
